Sarah Bourns Crosby is a writer, speaker, and certified Spiritual Director with a passion to provide language that unlocks the deeper places of the heart. Through her poetry, guided practices, and honest prayers, Sarah offers soul companionship and rich spiritual formation. Her work circles around themes of discernment, rest, healing, hope, unfolding faith, and God’s faithfulness.

STORYTELLER AND WELLNESS ADVOCATE

Asha Miller is a storyteller, speaker, and wellness advocate whose work lives at the intersection of faith, body, and lived experience. She is the founder of Asha Miller Creative and is known for creating spaces where women can tell the truth about their bodies, their stories, and their healing with both tenderness and courage.

MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL

Kaye Tchoula is a licensed mental health professional. She earned her Master of Science in Social Administration at Case Western Reserve University and her Bachelor of Arts in psychology at Indiana University. She has over 10 years of experience working with adults in inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and community settings.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST

Jordan Ouellette-Huber is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and Co-Owner of Nutrition Empowered, LLC, a one on one nutrition counseling practice based here in Columbus, OH. Together with her business partner, Colleen, Nutrition Empowered has helped thousands of clients to improve their health, relationship with food and their bodies, and confidence in eating. Jordan's specific areas of expertise include Women's Health, Binge Eating, Intuitive Eating, and General Weight and Health Concerns.

Amia Freeman is a spiritually grounded wellness coach, writer, and teacher whose work helps people reconnect with God, reconnect with themselves, and rebuild their lives with intention. For nearly two decades, she has guided women through holistic transformation—blending faith, movement, emotional clarity, and sustainable lifestyle rhythms that honor the whole person.

DANCE FITNESS PROFESSIONALS

HizHop Dance Fitness is led by Dance Fitness professionals Cierra, Liz, and DeAnn, who bring over 20 years of combined experience in leading dance fitness classes, Hizhop blends high-energy choreography with uplifting music across multiple genres—including Christian Hip Hop, Afrogospel, faith-based R&B, and Reggaeton infused with intentional worship.

MUSIC MINISTER

Miriam is a singer, songwriter, and psalmist whose artistry blends storytelling with melody. As a self-taught pianist and violinist, her musical journey began when she was six, where she listened to her parents play Gospel and hymns repeatedly. Since then, she has developed a deep passion for music, through which she shares the gospel of Christ.

MUSIC MINISTER

Napsai leads worship through music. She enjoys playing keys, acoustic guitar, and singing. She has been attending and serving at her church—Vineyard Columbus—for 15 years!
